GEN-3GLASSCOAT PROTECTS UK WORKER OF THE YEAR WINNER JUDI JAMES

Judi James received the keys to her brand new 4x4 Suzuki Swift on the 17th January, but it didn’t end there for the UK Worker of the Year winner as her car was given the award-winning ceramic GEN-3GLASSCOAT treatment.
To Judi’s delight, GEN-3Glasscoat, who sponsored last year’s UK Worker of the Year competition, offered to treat Judi’s car before she picked it up.
GEN-3Glasscoat is Paintseal Europe’s (PSE) flagship ceramic paint protection product. It produces technically amazing levels of adhesion and cohesion. The product really does enhance vehicles to maintain that ‘new car’ look and provides water-repellent properties to vehicle exteriors, which allows any dirt to be removed easily.
Judi said: “I’d like to thank GEN-3Glasscoat for treating the car. It will prove invaluable in and around my farm in Dorchester, where the wet and mud prevail.”
Judi James was crowned UK Worker of the Year 2013 at the gala event at Reading’s Madjeski stadium in October last year, after wowing the audience with her drive, commitment and passion for her job in the farming industry. It was the first time organisers had left the choice of winner to the audience, who voted live on the night, after seeing a video of each finalist working and listening to them being interviewed on stage by well known TV Presenter, Quentin Willson.
UK Worker of the Year is a national competition sponsored by the global market leading workwear brand Dickies, that recognises and rewards excellence in the UK workforce. GEN-3Glasscoat will continue their involvement in the competition for the 2014 competition.
Rob Collins, director at Paintseal Europe said: ““Given the on-going austerity and uncertainty that the country faces economically, a feel-good initiative of this nature is more important than ever. That is part of the reason why we wanted to support the process, and in order to remind our nation’s work force, that they have much to be proud of and what they have to look forward to if they are successful. Judi was the worthy winner for 2013 and we look forward to crowning the winner of 2014 as once again we look forward to supporting UKWOTY 2014.”
The road to finding UK Worker of the Year 2014 will begin in April, with organisers set to announce exciting changes to this year’s competition.
UK Worker of the Year is a free to enter competition and is open to anyone who works in the UK aged 17 or over.
